Effective October 12, 2026. These terms apply to use of Ivorleni and eligible purchases from Chengdu Nuoruishiyuan Network Technology Co., Ltd. Read them alongside our Shipping, Return and Privacy policies.
Using the store
Provide accurate information and use the store lawfully. Do not misuse accounts, interfere with security, submit unlawful content or attempt unauthorised access. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Product information and images
Review the individual listing’s confirmed information before purchase. Our generated design illustrations communicate visible concepts and do not verify physical specifications, capacity, materials, food-contact suitability, airtightness, certification or available stock. Tea and scene accessories are not included unless expressly confirmed. Screen colours can differ from an actual item.
Prices and payment
Prices are in USD. Applicable store-collected taxes and delivery charges are shown at checkout. Prices and availability may change before an order is accepted. Payment is handled by the available checkout providers. If a material listing or price error affects an order, we will contact you about a correction, cancellation or refund rather than impose an undisclosed charge.
Orders, changes and cancellations
Order requests are subject to availability, payment confirmation and necessary information. We may contact you about an issue preventing fulfilment. Email cancellation or address-change requests promptly; changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch arrangements. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, with bank posting time additional.
Shipping and returns
The Shipping Policy explains United States rates and separate preparation and transport windows. The combined standard planning window is 15–25 business days and is an estimate. The Return Policy provides the 30-day request window, process, address, postage and refund conditions.
Safe and suitable use
Follow the actual item’s instructions and confirm suitability for the intended use. Do not infer dishwasher, microwave, heat or food-contact suitability from an illustration. Use a stable surface, handle lids carefully and stop using damaged items. Follow the tea producer’s storage guidance.
Intellectual property and third-party services
Store content and branding may be protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Do not reproduce them for unauthorised commercial use. Links or services provided by third parties are governed by their own terms; review those terms where relevant.
Privacy, responsibility and disputes
Our Privacy Policy explains information handling. We aim to keep information accurate and the store available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Any restriction of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not exclude liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Applicable law
Subject to mandatory protections applicable to you, these terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China and disputes may be brought before a competent court at the company’s location. Nothing in these terms deprives consumers of mandatory rights or jurisdiction protections that apply where they live.
