Shipping Policy
Effective October 12, 2026. This policy applies to United States orders placed with Ivorleni, operated by Chengdu Nuoruishiyuan Network Technology Co., Ltd. Prices and shipping charges are in USD.

The free standard shipping threshold is based on merchandise subtotal after discounts, before shipping and taxes. Available services and the final charge are shown at checkout. We currently serve the United States.
Preparation and transport are separate

Preparation includes processing and arranging dispatch. Carrier transport begins only after dispatch; it does not run concurrently with preparation. The combined standard planning window is therefore 15-25 business days. These are planning estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays affecting processing or transport. Missing order information, payment verification, carrier disruption, customs inspection and peak periods can extend the window.
Expedited shipping
Expedited shipping costs $7.99 where offered at checkout. It does not remove the 5-10 business day preparation period. No specific expedited arrival date is guaranteed; contact service@ivorleni.com before ordering if you have a deadline.
Tracking your order
When tracking information becomes available after dispatch, it is provided through your order notification or order status page. A created shipping label is not proof that carrier transport has begun. Carrier scans can take time to appear. Please contact us with your order number if tracking is unavailable or appears stalled.
Addresses, changes and cancellation
Check your delivery address and contact details before submitting an order. Email service@ivorleni.com promptly to request an address change or cancellation. We will check whether the order can still be changed; requests cannot be guaranteed once dispatch has been arranged. Do not send payment credentials by email. If a delivery is returned because of an incomplete address or failed delivery, contact us to discuss the available refund or reshipment options and any applicable costs before further action.
Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries
If the planning window has passed, tracking reports a delivery problem, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact service@ivorleni.com with your order number and the available details. For damage or an incorrect item, keep the packaging and send clear photographs when possible so we can investigate. We will review carrier information and explain the appropriate resolution; please also see our Return Policy. A carrier delivery scan does not prevent you from reporting a missing parcel.
Taxes and import charges
Applicable taxes collected by the store are displayed at checkout. Any additional import duties or carrier collection charges depend on the shipment and applicable rules. Where these charges are not prepaid at checkout, the recipient may be required to pay them. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification about charges for your order.
