What does Ivorleni focus on?
Tea storage jar designs, presented with clear visible details, selection ideas and care guidance.
Why are there two product views?
The main view shows the closed jar with a suitable background. The second shows the same design open, with loose tea inside, to present its opening and lid.
Are the pictures verified stock photos?
No. They are generated design illustrations. Read the Product Image Information page and confirmed listing details before making a decision.
Are tea and props included?
Tea, cups, trays and scene accessories are for presentation unless explicitly confirmed in a listing.
Are jars airtight or dishwasher safe?
Those properties require actual product information and cannot be established from imagery. Follow the confirmed item’s instructions.
Where do you ship?
The configured sales market is the United States. See the Shipping Policy for rates and available services.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $5.99 below a $50 discounted merchandise subtotal and free at $50 or more. Expedited is $7.99 where offered.
How long should I plan for?
Preparation is 5–10 business days after confirmation and needed information. Standard carrier transport is 10–15 business days after dispatch. Combined standard planning is 15–25 business days.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email support promptly. We check whether changes remain possible; a request is not confirmed until we respond.
How do returns work?
Request a return by email within 30 days of receipt, then wait for instructions. Personal-preference return postage is the buyer’s responsibility. See the Return Policy, including the China return address.
How do I contact you?
