Return Policy
Effective October 12, 2026. You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. Please contact us before sending a parcel; this policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Return eligibility
For a change-of-mind return, the item should be unused and in its original condition, with the packaging and proof of purchase available. Contact us if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect; those cases are assessed separately and are not automatically excluded because packaging has been opened.
How to request a return
- Email service@ivorleni.com within 30 days of receipt, including your order number, the item and reason for the request.
- For damage, defects or a wrong item, include clear photos when available. Keep the item and packaging while we review the issue.
- Wait for instructions and authorisation before shipping. Pack the item securely and retain the shipment receipt and tracking.

This is the default authorised return address. Do not send returns to an address printed on the original parcel without our instructions. Returns from the United States to China may incur international postage; consider the cost before sending.
Return shipping costs
For a return due to personal preference, the buyer pays return shipping. For an item that arrives damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied, contact us first so we can assess the issue and explain the appropriate remedy and postage arrangements. Mandatory legal rights remain available.
Inspection and refunds
After receiving the return, we aim to inspect it and process an approved refund within 10 business days. We will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; bank posting time is additional. Contact us if you have not received the expected update.
Exchanges and cancellations
Contact us to discuss an exchange; availability is not guaranteed. Cancellation requests should be emailed promptly and may not be possible after dispatch. For an approved exchange, any additional delivery charge will be explained before proceeding.
